After the Stil Vor Talent compilation now it’s time for a whole album suggestion. Format:B, who I’ve seen 2 times live and whose tracks are always really amazing technoid weapons for the dancefloor, released “Restless” on their label Formatik more than 2 weeks ago.

I listened to the album about 5 times now during the last days and I of course have some favourites but first I have to say that this whole compilation of tracks stands for the quality I expected live from Format:B and for the sound I love them for.

A well working track if you are in a bad mood or if you are just looking for a lot of energy is “Warped“. I really enjoyed it while sitting in my chair and with a high volume you were just blown away.

“Piano Man” and “Oversexed” are also banging and fast forward but after writing this sentence I realised that it’s really hard for me to describe each track as a special track as all of them are just high quality.

Something special might be “Liquid” featuring the vocals of Fran as Format:B are not doing a lot of tracks which are including vocals.

Sébastien Léger told the tracks on this album his secret weapons and for me this is a pretty good description of it.

Every track has its right to be on that album and everyone is different but phat! :)
